Orders can not be canceled after they have been placed.

Contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order in case of any damages. We will need pictures of damaged goods for evidence in order to issue partial refund and/or reissue the order with customer paying for their own shipping. We will not be responsible of LOST or STOLLEN orders.

Kwanga will be shipped based on the customer's information provided. We advise our customers to be sure to provide us with correct and accurate information as this will help with shipping your orders on time.
