We ship frozen perishable food and they come in special compact boxes designed to keep the food below 40° F (4° C). Our frozen foods ship between 2-3 business days, during these shipping days the food stays frozen until received by our customers. So we recommend that the food gets put in the freezer upon received to avoid for the food to go bad. Our goal is to make sure that our customers receive their food frozen and on time. We will not accept returns or refund on any of our frozen foods.
